REFUND POLICY
You may return any regular-priced item purchased at Sarah Nelsen within 30 days for store credit, an exchange or full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Sarah Nelsen or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
